We can cancel the castle at anytime if the following occurs

*STRONG WINDS

*RAIN (includes on and off)

*GRASS OR SURFACE AREA NOT IN GOOD CONDITION

*THE CASTLE WONT FIT IN THE HALL OR AREA

*OUR VEHICLE BREAKS DOWN

 

If you cancel 7 days before event then we will return remaining balance.

Less than 3days then we keep 40% of remaining balance 

Payments can be made via banks transfer

 

Booking fees £20 to be paid to book a slot for hires then full amount to be paid before event or paid on the day. 

 

Deposits will be returned once equipment have been inspected
