Do you do both outdoor and indoor hire?

Yes, our bouncy castles are suitable for indoor and outdoor hire. In the event of light rain, you can use our bouncy castle inflator covers to keep your dry.

 

 

Do you have public liability insurance?

YES! We have public liability insurance cover of £5 million. Insurance documents are available on request.

 

 

Is VAT applicable or included in the prices seen on the website?

VAT is not applicable. The prices seen on the website are the prices you will pay.

 

 

 - What Areas Do You Deliver To ?
East London and Romford is Free delivery. we can deliver Outside these areas however you will be charged a delivery charge. Dart charge fees will be covered on top of our delivery charge

Is everyone associated with your company CRB checked?

Yes, any staff provided for events have been checked by the Criminal Records Bureau. This documentation is available on request.

 

 

Are there any cancellation fees or booking charges?

Booking deposits are required. Deposits are non refundable. if a Cancellation is needed then we will return any money that was paid by you.

 

when can i book?

Bookings should be made as soon as possible however last minute bookings are accepted depending on availability.

 

Do you require payment on the day of the hire?

Yes, we require full payment before/on your hire date, the full amount must be before we set up our equipment.

 

 

 

Can you provide supervisors?

Yes, we can provide supervisors for your event. There is a reasonable cost involved in this service, please ask for more information.

 

 

 

Is your equipment PAT-tested?

Yes, all equipment is PAT-tested every year. if you would like to see a copy of this please email info@mrbounce.com

 

 

 

Is your equipment clean?

Yes, our equipment is checked after every hire to ensure it is clean. If you make a mess on our equipment, we ask that you clean it up as quickly and safely as possible. A cleaning charge may be incurred if there is a substantial mess and this may be taken out of your deposit. If the equipment is not received in the same condition as it was when it was left with you, we will require an additional cleaning charge of £50 per unit.

 

 

How much space is required for a bouncy castle hire?

You must provide an additional 4ft at the front and back of the bouncy castle for the placement of the blower and to provide easy access. We also recommend that you leave 2ft on either side of the castle. Please ensure that there is plenty of room for us to bring the castle into the area that you would like it to be set up, as we will use a trolley.
