Do you do both outdoor and indoor hire?

Yes its to our discretion, providing we are under shelter and power sockets are provided. 

Do you have public liability insurance?

YES! We have public liability insurance cover of £5 million. Insurance documents are available on request.

 

 

Is VAT applicable or included in the prices seen on the website?

VAT is not applicable. The prices seen on the website are the prices you will pay. or starting from without addons

 

 

 - What Areas Do You Deliver To ?
within 10 mile radius of Romford is Free delivery if not in the ULEZ ZONE OR DART CHARGE/CONGESTION ZONE we can deliver Outside these areas however you will be charged a delivery charge. 

Is everyone associated with your company CRB checked?

Yes, any staff provided for events have been checked by the Criminal Records Bureau. This documentation is available on request.

 

 

Are there any cancellation fees or booking charges?

Booking deposits are required. Deposits are non refundable. under the unforeseen circumstance in if we have to Cancel your booking then we will return any money that was paid by you. including deposits

 

when can i book?

Bookings should be made as soon as possible however last minute bookings are accepted depending on availability.

 

Do you require payment on the day of the hire?

Yes, we require full payment 3 days before your hire date, the full amount must be before we can offload equipment from the van.

 

 

 

Can you provide supervisors?

Yes, we can provide supervisors for your event. if more than 1 is needed then There is a reasonable cost involved in this service, please ask for more information.

 

 

 

Is your equipment PAT-tested?

Yes, all equipment is PAT-tested every year. if you would like to see a copy of this please email info@inspirepartyhire.co.uk

 

 

 

Is your equipment clean?

Yes, our equipment is checked after every hire to ensure it is clean. If you make a mess on our equipment, we ask that you clean it up as quickly and safely as possible. A cleaning charge may be incurred if there is a substantial mess and this may be taken out of your deposit. If the equipment is not received in the same condition as on arrival, we will require an additional cleaning charge of £100 per unit.
